Delegated Authority

Some languages use grammatical genders that may not correspond to actual gender. For example, in German, the article "der" is masculine, so you would say "der Mann" (the man). In Greek, the word for Spirit ("pneuma") is neuter, and sometimes masculine pronouns are used in reference to the Holy Spirit for grammatical reasons. These variations in language do not indicate a change in actual gender but are simply a feature of linguistic grammar.

Jesus Christ referred to The Holy Spirit as "Him" in the book of John. Are you gonna tell Jesus that he's wrong? JOHN 14:15-17 “If you love me, keep my commands. I'd be circumspect, actually zip it when it comes to The Holy Spirit because God makes it very clear that it is considered an unpardonable sin, also known as the unforgivable sin when uttering blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. My husband and I have been on the subject of “power” and “authority” for a while now and I have personally been warring with putting my “thoughts” in subjection to the Word and promises of God for my life. May God continue to bless you, keep you, and strengthen you in Jesus name.

Love this woman of God teaching, but I’m a little confused because Holy Spirit is referred in John chapter 14:16 & 17 as he not as she. Please explain.
